If you are a small business, you may find that you are not able to deal with enquiries when you are away on business, or even on holiday.
It is possible for me to receive your e-mails, faxes and telephone calls, filter out the ones that need a reply and send a reply. This reply can be individual and arranged with you. If you were to telephone me, I can advise what has been received and reply based on the instructions in your call.
In addition if you have a job of an admin or computer nature, that needs to be done ‘now’ but do not have the time to do it. I can be available to carry that out, without you working through the night or trying to find someone at short notice.
I have a knowledge of small business operations and computers so I can help with general enquiries, either dealing with the problem, or coming back with answers, or directing you to where you will find them.
If you are concerned that you may be too busy running your business to keep an eye on its financial position, I can provide regular reports, say monthly or quarterly, so you can catch any potential problems early and put them right, or ensure invoices are issued.
